  • UK Shipping: We use Royal Mail Second Class. It usually arrives in 2–4 days, but please allow up to a week. If you haven't received it after 14 days, please reach out to us and we’ll make it right.

  • International: We work hard to get your orders dispatched quickly, usually within 5 working days.

Returns & "Making Things Right"

We know everyone makes mistakes, ourselves included! If your clock arrives damaged or if there’s a fault, please contact us immediately so we can fix it.

  • Personalised Items: Because these are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.

  • Non-Personalised Items: Please contact us first if you wish to return an item. Items must be in their original packaging and in "re-saleable" condition. As a small business, we are unable to cover return postage costs, and a £4 handling fee will be deducted from refunds on unwanted items. We always recommend getting a "proof of posting" from the post office.
