Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You'll receive a second notification as soon as your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout, so your total wait is processing time plus delivery time.
If we need to contact you to clarify any personalisation details, this may delay your order slightly. We'll always reach out as quickly as possible to keep things moving!
Peak Season Delays
During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and other peak seasons, we may experience delays due to high order volumes or postal service issues outside of our control. Please check the notification banner at the top of our site for the most up to date information.
UK Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Many of our products qualify for free UK delivery we'll use Royal Mail 2nd Class or a similar service for these orders.
Please be aware that free delivery can take up to 14 working days as per Royal Mail's policy. During this time we are unfortunately unable to refund or replace delayed orders. If you need your order sooner, we'd recommend upgrading to an express delivery option at checkout.
International Shipping
We're proud to ship worldwide! Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. All international deliveries include a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Please be aware that international orders may take 10–15 working days to arrive. Tracking information is updated once your item clears local customs.
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and VAT upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We'd recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around delivering to P.O. Boxes. Please get in touch with us before placing an order to a P.O. Box address and we'll confirm whether delivery is possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.
If you haven't received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number and we'll look into it straight away.
Where Are Orders Dispatched From?
The vast majority of our products are printed and dispatched from our studio here in the UK something we're really proud of! On occasion we may work with trusted production partners internationally to ensure we can continue delivering the five star service you expect from The Smitten Society.
