At The Smitten Society we want every experience with us to be as smooth and enjoyable as the gifts we create. Here's everything you need to know about subscriptions, pre-orders and try before you buy.
Subscriptions
Some of our products may be available on a subscription basis, because some things in life are just worth having on repeat!
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you'd prefer not to renew, simply cancel before the renewal date, no hard feelings!
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Just head to your order confirmation email where you'll find a direct link to manage everything. No hoops to jump through, no awkward phone calls.

Pre-Orders
Occasionally we offer pre-orders on products that are out of stock or coming soon, because great things are worth waiting for!
When you place a pre-order we may take no payment or a partial deposit at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and the full or remaining balance will be charged when your order is fulfilled.
Need to cancel? No problem, pre-orders can be cancelled any time before fulfilment. Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched we're unable to cancel it, but you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy
Can't decide? We get it sometimes you just need to hold it in your hands!
When you purchase a try before you buy item we'll authorise your payment method before sending your order. You'll then have a set period of time to decide whether you'd like to keep it. If you choose to return it simply send it back within the time allowed.
If we don't hear from you and the item isn't returned within the allotted time we'll go ahead and charge your payment method for the full amount.
